1. Nature of our business

Veluna Fashion LLC operates a business-to-consumer (B2C) e-commerce website selling physical women's apparel. We do not provide subscription boxes, personal styling fees, financial services, or digital downloads as standalone products. Revenue is generated from the sale of goods listed in our online catalog at published prices.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure descriptions match the goods shipped. Minor variations in color may occur due to display settings and dye lots; such variations are not considered defects. 4. Pricing & promotions

• All prices are shown in USD unless the checkout flow explicitly states otherwise for a regional test.
• Regular and promotional prices are displayed on product and cart pages. When an item is on sale, the previous price is shown struck through next to the current price.
• Promotional discounts on this site do not exceed 35% off the item's reference price.
• Promotions may require no code; eligible discounts are applied in the shopping bag where indicated.
• We do not use false reference pricing, hidden fees at checkout, or bait-and-switch offers.

5. Inventory & availability

Products are subject to stock availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you submit an order, we will notify you by email or phone and offer a refund or alternative product. We do not guarantee indefinite availability of any style or size.
